1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of stigmashift.org and to purchases of Stigma Shift merchandise, coaching programs, and other services offered through the site. The site is operated by Stigma Shift LLC (“Stigma Shift,” “we,” “us”), 3355 S Stevens Rd, Camp Verde, AZ 86322. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Educational content, not professional care
Stigma Shift offers speaking, peer support, coaching, art workshops, and personal-development programs. Content on this site and in our programs is educational. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Nothing on this site creates a therapist–client or provider–patient relationship.

3. Using the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the site to harass or harm others.
The Stigma Shift name, logo, the Five Gears framework, workbook materials, and other site content are owned by Stigma Shift LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, sell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.
4. Orders, prices, and payment
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We currently sell to customers in the United States only.
- Card payments for programs are processed by Stripe, and merchandise payments by PayPal. Card details are entered into fields provided by these processors and are not stored on our website.
- Please provide accurate contact and order information. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is unavailable, a price is displayed in error, or we cannot verify the order.
- Sales tax: any sales tax that applies to a merchandise order is shown at checkout before you pay. No sales tax is currently added to coaching program enrollment, such as the Founding Cohort (see Section 6).
5. Merchandise
Stigma Shift merchandise is made to order and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful, to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates. Returns and refunds for merchandise are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy. Merchandise is sold separately from our coaching programs.
6. Coaching programs and workshops
Programs such as the Stigma Shift Founding Cohort have their own terms, which explain schedules, eligibility, attendance, conduct, and refunds. Those program terms apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions; see the Founding Cohort Terms & Refund Policy.
- Founding Cohort participation is limited to adults 18 and older.
- Program enrollment is a fee for an educational coaching service (group sessions, guidance, and check-ins). It is not a purchase of merchandise. Printed materials provided to participants, such as The Five Gears workbook, are included in the program price and are not sold separately. They are not merchandise orders under Section 5 or the Refund and Returns Policy; program refunds are governed by the program terms.
- Results depend on each participant, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
- Participants are expected to respect the privacy, boundaries, and safety of others.
7. Speaking engagements and bookings
Requests submitted through the site are inquiries only. Speaking engagements and other bookings are confirmed only through a separate written agreement, which sets out the details, fees, and cancellation terms for that engagement.
8. Third-party services and links
The site relies on third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, and our merchandise fulfillment partner, and may link to other websites. Those services and sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Stigma Shift LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our content, and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or bodily injury caused by our negligence.
10. Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
