Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Stigma Shift LLC (“Stigma Shift,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through stigmashift.org. Contact: info@stigmashift.org or Stigma Shift LLC, 3355 S Stevens Rd, Camp Verde, AZ 86322.

Information we collect

When you buy merchandise

Your name, email address, billing and shipping address, optional phone number, the items you order, and any order notes you add.

When you enroll in a program, such as the Founding Cohort

Your name, email address, country, phone number, preferred contact method, an optional personal-development goal you choose to share, and your confirmations that you are 18 or older, understand the program scope, and agree to the participation terms. We do not ask for medical diagnoses or detailed trauma histories. Please do not include health or medical details in the optional goal field.

When you complete a form

  • First Access list and waitlist: first and last name, email, phone, and an optional note about what you hope to shift.
  • Contact and booking requests (the “Book Shaun” form): name, email, optional phone, what you are reaching out about, organization, city or location, event or preferred date, and your message. We email you a short confirmation that your message was received.
  • Giveaways or other forms we run from time to time: the information that form asks for.

Form submissions are stored in our website database. Our form system is set not to record your IP address with form submissions.

When you comment

If you leave a comment, we collect the name, email, and website you enter, along with your IP address and browser information to help detect spam. If avatars are enabled, an anonymized string created from your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you have a profile picture.

Order security information

When you place an order, our store records your IP address and browser information with the order to help prevent fraud and resolve payment disputes.

Payment information

Program payments are processed by Stripe, and merchandise payments by PayPal. You enter card or account details directly into fields or pages provided by these processors; we do not store full card numbers on our website. We receive confirmation of your payment and the payment method used.

Emails we send

  • Administrative emails are sent because you placed an order, enrolled in a program, or contacted us. They include order and payment confirmations, refund notices, program schedules, venue and date confirmations, important program updates, and replies to your inquiries. These are part of providing the service you requested.
  • Marketing emails, such as our newsletter, are sent only if you choose to subscribe. Buying merchandise, enrolling in a program, or contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Store cookies: keep track of your cart and checkout session.
  • Login cookies: used only by site administrators who sign in.
  • Comment cookies: if you choose, remember your name and email for future comments.
  • Payment provider scripts: Stripe and PayPal may set their own cookies or collect device information to process payments and prevent fraud.

We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics on this site.

Third-party services we use

These providers process information on our behalf or load content on our pages. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle information.

  • Stripe: processes program payments.

  • Our email provider: delivers order confirmations and form notifications sent from info@stigmashift.org. Copies of emails the site sends are logged in our website database for 14 days and then deleted automatically.

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email.
