These terms apply to the Stigma Shift Founding Cohort, an eight-week small-group program offered by Stigma Shift LLC and facilitated by Shaun McClure. They work alongside our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with the general Terms and Conditions, these cohort terms apply to the Founding Cohort.
Program details
- Price: $99 per participant, one-time payment.
- Format: eight weekly small-group sessions, two hours each, with daily practices, midweek accountability check-ins, and a personal 90-Day Shift Plan.
- Schedule: Tuesdays, 6–8 PM, January 12 – March 2, 2027.
- Location: Verde Valley Chamber, Cottonwood, Arizona.
- Group size: limited to 12 participants. A seat is confirmed once payment is complete.
- Workbook: a printed copy of The Five Gears workbook is included in the enrollment price. It is yours to keep.

Refund policy
- 7 or more days before the confirmed first session: cancel for a full refund.
- Less than 7 days before the confirmed first session: refunds are not automatic. Exceptions may be approved case by case.
- If Stigma Shift cancels the cohort: you receive a full refund.
- If the confirmed dates or venue change and you can no longer attend: you receive a full refund.
- After the program begins: there are no automatic prorated refunds for missed or remaining sessions.
The seven-day deadline is measured from the first session date (January 12, 2027), or from the rescheduled first session date if the dates change.
To cancel or request a refund, email info@stigmashift.org with your name and order number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. For approved full refunds, Stigma Shift covers the standard payment-processing fee, so you receive the full $99.
Transferring your seat
Before the first session, you may ask to transfer your seat to someone else. Transfers require Shaun McClure's approval, and the replacement participant must be 18 or older, complete the enrollment requirements, and accept these participation terms. Seats are not automatically credited toward future cohorts.
Attendance and missed sessions
We cannot guarantee make-up sessions, and sessions are not recorded. If you miss a session, we will provide that week's workbook materials when practical.
Program scope
The Stigma Shift Founding Cohort is educational coaching and personal development. It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care, and it does not replace care from a licensed professional. Please do not share medical diagnoses or detailed trauma histories in your enrollment information.

Eligibility
Founding Cohort participation is limited to adults 18 and older.
Group privacy, boundaries, and safety
- What other participants share in the group stays in the group. Do not repeat, post, or share another participant's personal information or story.
- Respect each person's boundaries, including their choice not to share.
- Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, threats, or behavior that endangers the safety of others is not permitted.
- No photography, video, or audio recording of participants without their explicit consent.
We ask everyone to keep the group confidential, but we cannot guarantee that every participant will do so. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
If a participant's conduct becomes a problem
If a participant seriously or repeatedly violates these expectations, Shaun McClure will normally speak with them first and, where appropriate, give a warning. Conduct that threatens the safety or privacy of others, such as threats, harassment, or sharing another participant's personal information, may result in removal without a prior warning.
If a participant is removed, any refund will be decided case by case based on the circumstances, and the decision and its reasons will be documented in writing and shared with the participant. Refund decisions are subject to applicable law.
