I run workshops here on commission — painting sessions and Wild Relics Skull Art for people who want a hands-on creative experience in Sedona that goes a little deeper than a souvenir. These aren’t paint-by-numbers nights. They’re guided sessions where the process matters as much as the product.

Guided painting workshops open to all skill levels. Each session has a theme and a structure, but plenty of room to make it your own. We work with acrylics in a relaxed, supported environment — no art background required, no judgment, no pressure to be perfect.

I’ve been using art as a tool for processing and healing since long before I called it that. Inside, it was survival. Out here, it became Creative Expressions — a trauma-informed approach to using creativity as a way through what words can’t quite reach.
These workshops aren’t art therapy — but they are therapeutic. There’s something that happens when you put your hands to work on something that has no right or wrong answer. People surprise themselves. That’s the point.
