Speaking & Keynotes
The Talks Nobody Else Is Willing to Give.
Real stories. Practical frameworks. The kind of conversation that changes what happens when people walk out the door.
In the Room

Why It Hits Different
This Isn’t a Motivational Talk.
Most mental health talks give people information. Mine give them permission — to talk about the things they’ve been carrying alone, to rethink what recovery is supposed to look like, and to understand that the stigma keeping people silent isn’t just out there in the world. It’s in the room.
I bring 23 years of incarceration, reentry, peer support work, and community building into every talk. Not as a tragedy to overcome — as a lived framework that actually works. Audiences leave with something to do, not just something to feel.
